Being "Hosted", the actual location is not directly responsible but can be held liable anyway in civil court.
They called me like mad from like OHIO to make sure I made appointment. Then had to wait anyway.
And hard sales. Not like before when quality proofs before they CHOSE for you (a new thing I did not like) made for big orders.
They also attempt escape from liability by being a conglomerate of "independent" photographers.
I got a lesser package because no one I know can handle large photos or have space, and I have few family left alive.
Still 120 bucks later.. nothing even has been shipped!
I have only my prepaid original package and two sheets of the 8 extra. And my sitting number. My bill will have their corporate. This was my son's birthday pictures. His estranged father has no photos yet. Next time? JC Penny!
I was comfortable because used them many about 10 years ago with my daughter. They offered better service and product then. It was a good experience.
But 10 years ago was still a time when the generation providing the work were raised to be honest , not snake oil salesmen!!!
And I rate them ZERO! But it wont post!
Pros: Convenience. Good Product. Slightly lower pro price
Cons: No proper paper trail. No way left to consumer for complaint
