I am so disappointed and dismayed frankly at the complete misrepresentation of fees and costs for this company. I was abused verbally over the phone by the owner/manager and ended up paying twice what was quoted.
This was the WORST experience I have ever had in my lifetime regarding professionalism, honesty and respect with and for the customer.
I absolutely will NEVER recommend Golden Hands to anyone.
