My name is Jack Grace, i was diagnosed as having some sort of heart irregularity, and litterally begged to get a copy of the results...I cannot believe they would not release what is MY OWN medical information!! I suppose there is some reason...maybe? maybe a LAW SUITE? maybe they will get one if i do die
