Called for a quote on a rather large job and Mike(?) seemed like a nice guy. However a week later when I had my other quotes in hand from 2 other companies, Mike called me to tell me he still had to do research. (He probably forgot or was just blowing it off) I wasn't pleased with that how long it was taking. He then started to argue with me over the phone about it!! Even though I was upset, I did still want the quote. And surprise! I never got it!!! So my advise, is don't waste your time, just call someone else.
Cons: If you want a timely professional quote, go somewhere else
