Perfect has done extensive work for our coop in park slope and took care of some old serious issues in our building, such as work on our cornice and roof, staircase repair, repointing, fixing the poor electrical wiring all over, painted the hallway, changed windows. They did it the right way, gave us all the insurances, required that we file for a permit, and took care of all the necessary filing and got all the approvals fast. Except for minor touch ups in the hallway that they had to come back and fixed again, everyone in the building is very happy with the work.
