I made an appointment for Agape Carpet Services to clean my office carpets. They didn't show up for the appointment, and after leaving messages on both of their phone numbers, no one ever called back. Luckily another business in Escondido (Twins Carpet Service) was able to come on short notice, since we'd already cleared all the furniture out of the office for these folks who didn't show up.
