I have to agree in some respects with the reviewer below. I was also fairly new to the area and brought my cat to Arlington for an ear infection. I found the front office staff to be a bit unprofessional and I had to wait 45 minutes till we were allowed in an examining room. The doctor was very nice, but my cat was a bit scared when the doctor was examining her. He called in a vet tech and they forcibly HELD my cat down which made her frantic and scream. I was very concerned as my cat is old and she was so upset that I didn't know if she would survive this. She did not come out of the corner at home for 3 days. I have since taken her to two other vets who were able to examine her thoroughly without incident and kept her calm.\r
Add to this experience the fact that they are very expensive, and I must refuse to recommend Arlington Hospital.
