I visited Dr. Louie's office in early 2007. During that visit, Dr. Louie's office did not inform me of the cost until after the treatment had begun (I have to say this is as much my fault as it is theirs- I was inexperienced). The office charged me a hefty $400 for a single filling (not including exam), WAY beyond the maximum of what my insurance company (Metlife) would pay. The office assistants did not help me work out the differences with the insurance company, rather they just kept on calling and sending bills, and refused to let me talk to the doctor. Very bad customer service. I would not recommend this dentist!
