Purchased a diamond engagement ring from the Burnsville location about a year later my fiance got home and noticed the center diamond was gone! Not only the solitaire but the whole center setting was broken off. Brought it back with warranty and inspection papers in hand and they didn't even want to look at them, the only thing on their mind was selling me a new diamond ring. WTF... This company is a load of BS, horrible products, no big surprises on rates, bad craftsmanship, and no warranty. $2000 dollars down the drain. Go to a reputable place.
