i used the Cheshire store to have a blouse dry cleaned. It came back with most of the snaps missing. This blouse had been cleaned and pressed elsewhere with no problem. When I complained, to the owner no less, I was told that they did nothing wrong. Apparently I brought it in with no snaps in order to scam them. Absolutely ridiculous. She even called me a liar in front of my six year old. I was furious. I will never use them again.
Cons: Exceptionally Bad customer service, ruined clothes
