I bought extended contract for my SAMSUNG 52'' year ago at the Circuit City, my LCD is 2nd top of the line at a time, and everything seem to work perfectly until problem start surfacing. OK, I called the service and have a high hope that I'm covered and the vendor will taken care of my TV. Indeed the lady have told me I?m already taken care of so nothing to worry (What a nice promise!)
Pros: Haven't prove anything
Cons: Came 3 times but failed to identify the problem
