I took my new car for an oil change because it was cheaper than the dealer. They left the cap off the oil and it spilled all over my engine. When I went back to speak with the manager I was told he wasn't there. Even when another employee said he was outside talking on the phone another employee told me he was out sick. Don't trust these people. The office was also filthy and the bathroom was disgusting.
