I have gone to L&R multiple times and considered myself to be a good customer of theirs - until this last time. The place has slowly gone downhill. Although I have never been completely thrilled with this place (kind of dingy and cluttered, bad bathroom), I went there bc it is 2 blocks from me, inexpensive, and the massage ladies are decent.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Cluttered space, terrible customer service
