Upstate medical rehabilitation is a very poorly run facility with the Doctors, PA's and staff very unprofessional. You can never get a return phone call, medical documents take two weeks to get filled out and then they are filled out incorrectly. You have to pay for each piece of paper you need regarding your own medical care that you originally paid for in the first place. The PA's give different results than the doctors. You can only see the doctor every third visit. The office is like a pharmacy, everyone waiting on their prescribed medication.
