Grumpy wasn't grumpy at all! In fact he was a very nice gentleman. Professional, clean and worked fast to open my kitchen sink. Told me some tricks as to keeping my sink from backing up again. I will definately use him again and recommend him to anyone with a drain problem. Very knowledgeable about plumbing. Thanks Grumpy!!
