I am not satisfied with this veterinary clinic in the least. The staff are friendly, but the professionalism of the clinic as a whole is lacking. My two experiences there have been with pets that I adopted from Stillwater Animal Control; perhaps they didn't get the best care because they were 'shelter dogs'. Initially, I went to pick up my first dog after she was spayed and they returned her to me covered in urine. She is roughly a 60lb shepherd mix- the least they could have done was towel wash/dry her to avoid urine scalding. I understand that a complete bath isn't warranted due to an abdominal incision. Secondly, I recently adopted a lab mix that was supposed to be spayed at the clinic this past Friday before I adopted her (the shelter works with this clinic). When I picked her up from the shelter on Saturday they claimed that she had been spayed at Cimarron, but I could not find an incision at all.
