I normally don't write into these things....but after the horrible customer service I feel I need to! Each receptionist I spoke with was not very personable over the phone. Also, I asked for a call back to go over pricing and no one ever called....bad customer service. I finally had to call back because I never heard from anyone and had an upcoming appointment. I needed to know about pricing for my husband and I since I had never been there before. The woman tax preparer I spoke with NEVER gave me an answer she said she dosen't have any idea but I would be paying a lot....she said to come in first in a very rude way. She made me feel very uncomfortable and had a horrible "tone." I told her I would have to go elsewhere if I could not get a ballpark idea of cost first...she told me "well, I hope they do a good job!" JUST A WORD OF ADVICE...BE CAREFUL IF YOU CALL BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE LESS THAN A PROFFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE!!! WISH THIS COULD BE AN EXCELLENT REVIEW, BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOT IN
