I had worked out at several pilates studios in NYC before becoming a regular client of the Center Studio. The intimate environment, the highly skilled instructors, and the very friendly and accommodating desk staff are just a few of the positive qualities that hooked me. The instructors are very attentive to detail and form and are constantly finding new ways to challenge me. I always get a fabulous workout, and I leave feeling like I worked every muscle in my body! I love pilates at the Center Studio!
