Don't believe the 'lifetime warranty' bit. On top of charging you for shipping for faulty merchandise and non-existent repairs, they say things like, ""I'm not an ornament maker"" in order to get out of backing their product. That's $400 flushed down the drain.
Pros: dunno: there's another leather place down the street
Cons: rip-off. horrible customer service. doesn't stand behind their product.
