I do love the shoes they sell at this store and I am a shoe person for sure. I also like customer service though. The couple times I've come in, the employees haven't acknowledged me and talk amongst themselves. When I finally got someone to help me, he was nice for about 5 minutes and then a friend of his came in and he completely ignored me. I went up to the counter to buy the shoes and it was 10 minutes and no one noticed I was standing there, so I just left without the shoes. Get it together guys! Pearl Street needs a great shoe store with great service.
