I have lived here for 1 year now. I am extremely upset over the fact that the maintenance here is a fluke. The snow has not been plowed and the ice on the street is as thick as a baseball. There has been nothing done what so ever. I took my child to get on the bus and as I was leaving I had slipped. Not 1 time but 2 times. The neighbors had to help me up. EXTREMELY EMBARRASSING. The cars and the school buses just slide and as this was happening the maintenace personal just sit and watch. I see the congrgating up at the mechanical office with there friends and lovers. No one is working and when they do , all you hear are complaints. I had a worker come to the house to fix a leak and when he saw it he was extremely rude. He fixed the leak and appologized for the rudeness and said he was having a bad day. This is no way to treat the people who are paying your salary. If I had not renewed my lease I would be moving immediately. I am sorry I did.
