Without a doubt, the BBS has some of the best BBQ that I have found in Dallas, and what is not to love about the pig painted on the side of the building. The ribs are tender and meaty, the brisket is moist and well smoked and the turkey is lean and flavorful. The only thing on the menu that I would skip is the boudain sausage (but I am not a boudain fan). Without a doubt, you have to try the Shak's beans and the green beans, they two of the best BBQ sides ever. One last thing, go hungry--the portions are enormous.
