I have worked with Leon for several years, and have experienced terrific results. He is a great motivator with a positive attitude. He is an innovative and creative teacher who has taught me the value of form over speed or number of reps. He is responsive to my individual needs, willing to adapt or change to accomodate quirks in my body, like a sore shoulder. He has helped me strengthen my back to help me with a chronic condition, saving me from further injury or possible surgery. I have recommended Leon to lots of friends here in Austin. Leon takes his work seriously, but we always have a good time!!
