Don't purchase a 3 year contract from this establishment. The membership is handled through a Forum Fitness (bank) out of state. I have had to discontinue the gym under doctor's orders and have called this place that manages (charges me) for the gym membership try cancel. All I get is the run-a-round. I have faxed them forms that they have sent me to cancel the membership. They keep saying they didn't receive the faxes but I still get billed. $21.50 a month on my card. I guess the only way to stop these charges is to cancel the card.
