I have not even lived at the apartments for a year, and they are already on their fourth manager. I was told to come in to upgrade my apartment for $10 and i was notified that the person who told me this information no longer worked there. Then i asked to speak with the new manager the following monday and she was ""TOO BUSY"" to talk to me. Not only that but they are raising their rent! What a joke they are already pricey. Oh not to mention they have NO cameras and my car was stolen right off the property INSIDE of the gates. Everyone knows the gate code the hand it out like candy, so whats the point in having it? I hate living here. I moved in when there was not very many people then people started moving in and all of a suddon i got roches. EW. so i tell them and they ask me if i clean after myself ARE YOU KIDDING ME? so i ask them to get someone to exterminate the insects and they say okay, but the guy never comes eventually after asking and trying to be persistent i gave up. its very embarrassing. They get snakes (water mocasins, very poisonous) all the time but they dont get someone to get rid of them. i would not suggest living here for sure.

Cons: Hardly and parking area, insects, my car got stolen, can not keep managers, try to make changes on your lease, hoping that you dont know that they cant do that
