This is my first time writing but I'm compelled to. I'll never go back to this store either. I needed custom-made lens for a pair of designer frames. I left my credit card info as I was going to have someone else drop off the frames. Well, I changed my mind. When I called to inform them, they said they had already placed the order. Impossible! They didn't even have my frames to make the order. They then charged my card on that very day! (Further evidence that they had not placed the order.) I never received goods or services from them but they charged me over $900! What a ripoff! Of course I've disputed this with my credit card company but I shouldn't have had to go through the trouble. Clearly, they lack integrity and don't follow good business practices. Stay away!
