I had my parent in this facility- the staff was not very polite, always new, could not answer questions. My parent complained that they were "afraid". I came into the building in the am and found smells- then, later in the day, there were staff going through the building with spray cans to cover up the smell. The bathroom my parent had was dirty on several occasions. The administration would change all the time. I never knew who I could go to with a question. The administrator only sat in her office - not coming out at all for families and got very defensive when questioned. Other residents at the facility were sitting around in a common area with drool, with no activities for them to do, or attention paid to them.
