BEWARE: Please stay away from this location...I agree with the other reviewer, Jim is totally uncapable. It is quite scary that he is actually employed there by H and R Block. I will also be contacting their corporate headquarters regaring my matter which is to lenghty to get into here. Be forewarned you will be dissatisfied with the lack of customer service you will receive here.
