I ordered the Salmon Salad and was quite impressed with its presentation. Full fillet of Salmon on a bed of mixed greens (NO ICEBURG! woo hoo!) the fish was med rare just like I ordered and the lime dressing was perfect. I also had a margarita and it was served in a martini glass with its own shaker... thats fancy!
