I have been going to this salon for at least 3 years now. At first the salon was wonderful and great but now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are rude and do not inform their customers when they are jacking up their prices. Also, they have this ""so called"" policy that if you are more than 15 minutes late they won't take you no matter what. We traveled 30 minutes and hit HWY 44 traffic and we were just dismissed. Well it's their loss, because we will be taking our business elsewhere. The founder, Terri would be shocked on how his salon is being run now.
Cons: snobs, pricey, RUDE!
