I have been going into Thundercloud's since 1981. I love their subs. It use to be a great fresh Austinie kind of place. Now you go in and the employees are rude. Your lucky if you get what you ask for. If you don't ask for Thunder Sauce now...you won't get it. You don't get a thank you, you get the feeling the your interrupting or bothering the sandwich makers. I use to tip but I wouldn't even get a ""thank you"" then, plus I would get my sandwich home and it would be wrong. Now I don't even bother. It's too bad. I love their subs but I really don't feel comfortable going in anymore.
Pros: Absolutely wonderful subs
Cons: Employees keep me away!
