This is an apology to the last two reviewers. After ten years of being ""Appointment Only"" we're admittedly off our game when it comes to walk-ins. However, that's no excuse for anyone to be treated poorly when they come to BOX. If anything, we stress to all of our employees to go above & beyond with every client from the moment they walk through our door, which is obviously apparent based on the other unsolicited reviews. Please accept my sincerest apology.
