I sent in my Movado FIerro Tungsten watch about 5 months ago. They still have not finished my watch. Either the watchmaker is out of town, on vacation, parts havent been in.Excuse after excuse. I appreciate the workmanship of a watchmaker but they must understand there are options as a cusumer. Its a Movado, not Cartier or Rolex, I can get it at the mall. watch was 2500, repair for crystal was 1000, and 5 months into it nothing. They just said it will be another 3 weeks. Half a year. I had to buy a new watch. Just to wait. Send your repair somewhere else.
Pros: Only Movado certified
Cons: They can take as long as they want No Comp.
