my niece's wedding was a weekend in october. she was told to pick up her dress on a week day at a certain time. the problem was the owner was on vacation and the girl left in charge did not show up as appointed. there was another bride there to pick up her dress also. this is a very bad business practice. they are ok for alterations if there is no time limit. but don't take a special occasion dress or wedding gown to this place. i don't know what these brides are going to do, since they can't get their gowns before their wedding.
