I just had to comment here after reading some of the negative comments about Dr. Greenspan. I guess people can be different and some people seem way too prickly. The staff seems fine to me, professional. Dr. Greenspan did an excelent job remvoing a pre-cancerous spot. I recall a few years ago I went to a really bad Skin doc, dirty office, untrained help, ect. This is a well run place, but I suppose some people will always find a negative.
