Yeah, the food was great. But it was what happened after dessert that left a bad taste in our mouths. We left two shopping bags under our table and didn't realize it until we arrived at the airport for our flight home. We called the Bistro and the manager or owner answered. He promised to send the bags back to us straightaway. Well, we're still waiting. We've called. Left messages. But to no avail. He's never responded. We even asked friends who were visiting Portland to check it out. ""That package is in the mail"" they were assured. Yeah, right. Six weeks and counting!!
