i reserved a car several days in advance for a morning trip out to JFK for a flight out. I was ready to go outside a good two hours before my flight were to take off, only to find myself waiting about 15 minutes before i had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. speaking with them, they told me ""it'll be there in a few minutes"", after which i waited another 15 minutes... growing anxious, i called in again, getting the same response. after waiting another 15 minutes after that discussion, i had no choice but to cancel the car since i'd be late for my flight, a full 45 minutes after my original reservation time. i called another car service and barely made it to the airport. Pros: didn't even get a chance to prove themselves Cons: didn't even show up more
