I placed a small order for doorknobs in July. By the end of August I hadn't heard anything, so I called. They could not find my order and made me repeat it over the phone and said theyd call when it came in. Two weeks later, no call. So I call again. They say they'll check on it and call me back. No call ever came. So I finally called and got a bit frustrated with them over the phone. They said my order would be in the next week. The next week comes and yet again, they do not call me, I had to call them. When I finally went in to pick up my order, it was completely wrong and they did not even apologize. I was so frustrated. They are a horrible company to deal with.
