While visiting Portland where I have dined at many establishments, Tapalaya was a very pleasant surprise. The food was excellent, the service was flawless and the ambience really completed the experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everybody who is looking for all the above.
Pros: Cajun tapas..can't beat that! Great food and good service.
