I am a long time Cab rider and have enjoyed JC Checker Cab for years. As someone who works in a simular position as the dispatchers, I am familar with the how difficult it is to maintain a tackful & professional approach when dealing with drunks & rampant stupidity. My experience has always been enjoyable and they have always managed to get me where I need to go. I will continue to use Checker Cab bacause they've been just wonderful for me. Yes there are bad apples once & a while but the problems are always corrected and apologies sent.
Pros: friendly helpful dispatchers, driver's are friendly
Cons: Takes a minute to get there when they're busy
