Really poor service in the pharmacy. A prescription was left and the technician told that we were aware that it was not covered by our health insurance. It was then held for days to contact the prescriber and get a substitute prescription. At the fourth repetition that we would pay for it, it was not in stock and could not be gotten for several more days. The customer by this time had been without needed medication for 7 days. Enough already, it was transferred to another pharmacy with better trained personnel!
