We have used Mac's many times over the last few years. They have always come out right away and provided great service. They have been honest with us and their prices are fair. We had an old heating unit and our serviceman made sure to tell us to get a carbon monoxide detector, which we did immediately. Not too long after, it came in handy as we heard the alarm in the middle of the night after we had a Carbon Monoxide leak. I am very grateful to them for that!\r
One summer, the serviceman knew I was pregnant and our AC was out, he knew he couldn't get to me right away and suggested I call elsewhere. He made sure to follow up with me to make sure I got a fair price (which we did!). You can't beat that kind of service and that is why we will never go anywhere else!
