Got a hair cut by Jinny--great cut. But when I went to pay, things went awry. The hair cut suddenly cost a lot more than what they quoted me over the phone. I told her what I was quoted over the phone--and she said, ""yes but it cost extra for long hair"". I was immediately upset--as in this economy, we're all watching our pennies--and no one told me this over the phone. And since when is shoulder length hair considered ""long""? I decided I could get over it--but then, I went to pay with my gift certificate. She said the gift certificate is worth 15% less for processing fees. Now I felt like I was being screwed--I had asked about the gift certificates when I called earlier that day and was told it was only 10% for the processing fees. She looked at me like ""sorry, but there's nothing I can do"". But when I told her this, suddenly, the gentleman who was standing behind her this entire time overhearing our conversation (the same guy who quoted me both of these things over the phone) turned around and said, ""ya, I told her it was only going to be 10%"". If I hadn't said anything--she would have charged me the 15% and he wouldn't have argued! I won't go back--I feel like they are dishonest --as everything was different than what they told me over the phone. Beware!
