Me and my wife moved in almost 5 years ago. When we first moved in they had a great manager, but he said when he leaves expect trouble. Well shortly afterwards he did leave, and boy was there trouble. Not once did they contact us about replacing the carpet, as stated by law. Police were almost a permnant fixture. And if we were a day late with the rent, they did not call. They came banging on the door. And when we ask why they did not call they would say ""Oh you have not given us the phone number."" Which we knew was a lie. And when we needed a repair we would call them, but get no answer on the phone. And when we did get someone on the phone I would ask that they send someone who could speak english. And they would send someone who could speak a single word. And then the people who worked in the office treated the place as their own little barrio. And here is the reason why me and my wife left there. They started selling off the Apts. And when we were 2 days out of lease they decide to evict us. I can not recommend this place. A homeless shelter is better then this place.
Pros: Nice at first.
Cons: Lousy staff, crime, lousy neighbors.
