It appears that Mizu is not aware of this ""recession"" we are in. When they should feel lucky to even acquire business they would rather care more about containers. I phoned in an order for delivery which totaled $75. You'd think that they would jump at an opportunity for sales but when I requested that the rolls be separated since they were for a dinner meeting at our office, she refused and said (rudely) that she could not separate the rolls and that if I wanted to separate she would have to charge me extra! I laughed in her ear and informed her that we would be ordering from someone who could satisfy our simple request. I called MONSTER SUSHI on 23rd and they were happy to separate our rolls. Very simple: 4 containers containing 3 rolls each! Too bad for money hungry Mizu. They will surely suffer with that greedy approach to ""customer service"".
