I did not know subway could be bad! I have been to this subway about 4 different times and each time I couldn't believe I went back. I thought okay this is subway maybe it was just the person working there that day. I can't believe I'm even writing a review on subway because no one is going to read this. Well let me tell you go to the wilshire subway or anywhere but the brentwood subway. Why? The people working there are dirty, the first time I went one of the sandwich makers was picking his nose with those plastic gloves on before making a sandwich not mine luckely. It is supposed to be fresh right but everything at this location is all mixed together meaning the veggies. and there cheese is always dried up and crumbling. The second time I went I ordered a sandwich and you know when subway skimps sometimes and you say hey could you put a couple more olives or something. Well I did this and they charged me for extra everything. The last time I went, I was with my fiance who ordered a veggie patty sandwich that she had to take back because it was stale it was actually so stale that is was hard when you bit into. I then went back in to get a re-fill and second bag of chips. I gave the women 2 bucks thinking it would be a dollar and some change, she then charged me 1 dollar for a re-fill. Can anyone tell me since when does subway charge for re-fills? I think she was just upset since we made her remake the sandwich. I asked her to show me where on the menu it states they charge a dollar for re-fills and she said well I see it on my cash machine right her. Lame. Even lamer that I'm actually wasting my time writing about subway but I had to get it out.
