It was my first time going to this salon as well as getting my hair dyed. When it was done I was pretty satisfied until I went home and realized that he missed several pieces of my hair which left my hair overall look streaky. I went and got it cut from a different salon closer to my house I didnt say anything about getting it dyed but she asked me if i had done it myself and for next time to take my time while doing it. I told her I had just had it done by a professional in which she demanded that I get my money back or have him redo it for free. I went back to Jon Barton and met with a woman there where she agreed that he did miss alot of pieces around my head and even tho she agreed to give me my money back she was not happy. She snatched my debt card from my hand and than threw it back at me and decided to throw cash at me instead of putting back on my card. I would never go back to this place the parking sucked, its in an old house in a not good looking neighborhood and if its your first time like mine dont tell them bc they will take advantage of you they told me 65 but when they found out it was my first time dying my hair it was suddenly 75!
