I would never ever use this service again and recommend no one else use it. Not only was the job not completed but the bill was significantly higher than formerly agreed upon. When trying to discuss these concerns with the owner, she screamed and yelled, threatened to take me and my 87 year old mother (recently widowed) to court and threatened to put a lien on my mother's house preventlng her from selling it until her bill was paid. This ""company"" never gave us a written contract, left no work logs as promised and did not communicate with us regarding the completion of the job thus delaying our ability to list the house in a timely manner which was urgent. She would not return phone calls but instead left scathing and threatening messages on our home phone. She even BLAMED US FOR HER VACUUM CLEANER BREAKING while using it in my mother's home. I have never been treated in this demeaning and degrading manner in my life. Stay away unless you want a nasty battle.
