Went in yesterday 09-03-08 to add another person on to my account and spoke to manager. She was very rude and seemed like she didnt want to even deal with us. I have been a member for over 4 years and thats how they treat me! Bad move by gym owners by hiring her knowing they are not the only gym in santa maria anymore with the same old not updated equipment they have had since I joined 4 years ago. Golds gym and club 24 are the newest gyms in town and by far better in customer service and newest equipment. I am going to take my money elsewhere and I will adivese everyone I know to do the same. They should be trying to keep their customers not run them out of there! VERY BAD!!
