Happy Hour is a hole in the wall -- but a whole lot better than the corporate restaurants currently infesting Toledo. The burgers are incredible. The steak sizzler and the fish sandwich are also excellent. The service is geared towards regulars. If you don't mind gruff, rude service, you shouldn't have a problem. Don't take it personally: not everyone is paid to kiss your butt. Once you taste the burgers, you'll be back, and the staff will warm up to you. Tip well and introduce yourself. But don't cheat yourself out of one of Toledo's best neighborhood bars.
